Worlds Window Impex India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Govindas Global Exports Pvt. Ltd.), the oldest of all group companies, was incepted in February 1997. Two-time winner of the CONCOR Awards for being the second-biggest importer of metal scraps, WWIIPL has pocketed more than 90 million in profits for the year 2007.

To get rid of logistical bottlenecks, WWIIPL felt the need for infrastructural upgradation. Resultantly, the company forayed into a separate trucking business, operational as Maple Logistics Private Limited. Incorporated in January 2004, MLPL soon became one of the biggest fleet operators in the NCR, and also earned the highly prestigious quality certification in the form of ISO 9001:2000.

In a bid to solidify its position in the logistics market, the Worlds Window Group set up an all-new enterprise in the name of Worlds Window Infrastructure and Logistics Private Limited. This company primarily aims at providing rail head facility for all kinds of cargo movement.

The Group also cornered a 30% share in the Indian market with its product ‘Aluminum Composite Panel’ under the brand name of ALSTRONG, an entity that made its presence felt under the manufacturing concern Alstrong Enterprises.

The icing on the cake came in the form of MV Enterprises – the rubber reclaim manufacturing subsidiary of the Group. This company boasts of a state-of-the-art plant at Dehradun that has been set up under one roof and in one go – an unprecedented feat in the Indian rubber reclaim industry.
