Our manufacturing unit, located in Dehradun, is a state-of-the-art setup spread across an area of 10,000 sq. mts. This plant caters to the production of natural and butyl rubber reclaim, rubber powder and nylon granules. The raw materials and intermediates essential for manufacturing purposes are procured from credible and reliable sources.

At MV Enterprises, we have a centralized procurement team that decides on the type of raw materials to be procured which is used in the production process. Vendors are invited to send their raw material samples in accordance with our product specifications. Our highly-qualified team of technical experts then tests each sample for quality, especially in terms of contamination levels. Vendors are finally selected on the basis of these test reports.

Once a vendor is chosen for procurement, we adhere to stringent policies in ensuring consistency - in terms of quality and supply - is maintained throughout the term of the contract. As a growing organization, we constantly endeavor to reduce procurement costs (mainly lead-time costs and process cycle time costs) so as to foster maximum utilization of available resources.
