The MV Enterprises plant in Dehradun, Uttarakhand is a pioneering effort in the production of rubber reclaim under one roof and in one go. Functioning on highly-advanced technology to process waste rubber in the form of tyre and tubes, the plant boasts an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of tyre reclaim and 6,000 tons of butyl tube reclaim.

With a built-up area of 4500 sq. meters, this state-of-the-art setup comprises imported equipment that caters to production of superior-quality products in an environment-friendly manner. It is the only manufacturing unit in India that is capable of manufacturing tyre reclaim that has a tensile strength of more than 7.5 MPa.

The MV Enterprises plant is properly ventilated and has dust extraction equipment to provide a clean and safe work environment to employees. The use of tiles on floors prevents the contamination of rubber with sand particles, thus preserving the product quality we are known for. Our laboratories are replete with all kinds of testing equipment that help in conducting research for development of new processing methodologies.
