Nylon Granules

Nylon granules are by-products of tyre reclaim. Tyres, originally made of natural rubber, contain about 16 percent of nylon. During reclaiming, the nylon is separated as fiber and later processed into a granular form as raw material for nylon products.

Production Process

Before the start of reclamation, nylon fibers are extracted from worn-out tyres. During the process, fibers are separated from steel filaments and rubber and are sent for storage to a separate collection container. This process of cleaning the rubber for removal of fibers is highly sophisticated. At MV Enterprises, we boast special equipment that can then recycle these fibers into granules, to be used in all kinds of injection-molded nylon products.

Advantage ALSTRONG

Recycled nylon granules serve a wide range of industries like helmets, chairs, soft luggage, chair wheels, trolley wheels, toys, musical instruments, basketball nets, parachutes, etc. Most of the manufacturers dealing in these industry verticals find the use of recycled granules more advantageous in comparison to virgin nylon. They easily mix with other raw materials and add value to the end products, ensuring they have a longer service life.
